About Me

My name is Rodrigo Bezerra and I'm a senior software developer.

I have always been interested in technology in general, but the first time I actually learned about coding was when I was an exchange student in the US, and took C classes in High School. After this fantastic opportunity I realised I wanted to pursue a career in computer science.

In my spare time I'm usually going for long walks, coding or reading about technology. I also like jogging, playing squash, and watching TV series / movies.

Train Tracker

Train Tracker - Beta Open Source

I use trains quite a lot - usually between 2 or 3 stations. This website was created to give me instant information about the trains I'm interested in. This is still in development and should have more improvements soon.

KEXP Player

KEXP Player Open Source

KEXP is a radio station in Seattle which I've been listening for few years now. This is a small (unfinished) project that uses KEXP and APIs to get information about the song being played and allows automatic scrobbling to and marking songs as "loved". It also uses datatables to filter through the songs played so it's easy to find something you've listened to days before.

Other Projects

Wicket quickstart Open Source

Like Wicket's own quickstart, it will serve as a starting point to web projects - with some extras bundled. Some of these include bootstrap included by default, page management, menu and sitemap.
